Once we receive an inquiry that involves a product on the database. We will confirm availability with the owner. Upon consent and payment for sourcing, the fee is received by Electrisource from the owner, their contact information will be forwarded to the prospective buyer to contact the owner directly. Electrisource involvement ends immediately and takes no responsibility for future interactions between the seller and buyer. The sourcing fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the information provided Diamond members are exempt from sourcing charges.
White Glove Option
Electrisource will handle the transaction from start to finish. Quoting, invoicing, shipping, etc. Diamond members will not be required to pay upfront and will be invoiced with payment terms and payment options. All orders are subject to credit approval.
