Customers who pay monthly will be given access till month end of the cancellation
Customers who pay yearly will be given access till month end of cancellation and will receive a refund of 50% of the pro-rated monthly cost. Example below.
$249.99 yearly membership subscription ($20.83 per month). If cancelled during month of April, customer will have access till April 30th. Customer will receive a credit of $!66.64 for the remaining 8 months less 50%. Total refund $83.32.
